Daily Schedule 9:00 am “ 5:30 pm; Monday thru Friday
Position's Contributions to Work Group:
- This position provides data entry and customer service that allows for sample analysis to continue in a timely fashion. Position directly supports lab operations and enhances customer experience. Will answer phone occasionally.

Typical Day in the Role
Typical task breakdown:
- This position will register samples, answer telephone calls and transfer calls accordingly and customer emails, receive sample shipments, and occasionally handle samples.
Interaction with team:
- This position will work with other clerks to register samples for analysis. They will be expected to attend team meetings and shift handoffs.
Work environment:
- Laboratory that provides fluid analysis services.
- Onsite 100% of the time due to nature of the work
Candidate Requirements
Education & Experience Required:
- High School Diploma and/or GED
Technical Skills
(Required)
- Must possess strong computer skills.
- Specific familiarity with Excel
Soft Skills
(Required)
- Well organized
- Strong communication skills
(Desired)
- Customer Service Experience
- Data entry experience

- 1 round onsite interview (1 hour, panel interview )

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
