POSITION
Summary:
The Client Manager II manages the partnership, satisfaction and growth of a strong meaningful client relationship by delivering and demonstrating tangible value, while maintaining a healthy bottom line and ensuring client and employee loyalty. Client Manager connects our clients to Integrated Solutions services to support their strategic priorities while also helping to ensure consistent levels of operational services are maintained. Client Manager provides support and guidance to Level I client managers on a daily basis for operational and strategic assistance. Client Manager's focus is to serve clients through:
collaboration, communication, connectivity, education and removing barriers. Qualifications REQUIRED

Education:
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years in Information Technology applications, managing clients and projects, and/or operations in a complex healthcare industry or High School Diploma with 8 years in Information Technology applications, managing clients and projects, and/or operations in a complex healthcare industryOther skills/knowledge. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Experience with Epic application, revenue cycle and clinical workflow. Experience in a healthcare client management role. Experience leading interdisciplinary projects that include various health care providers, hospital staff, and information system professionals. Experience with operational systems and their interrelationshipExperience with performance improvement methodologies.
Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
Data Science & Machine LearningEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
