Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain warranty documents Verify and process vehicle warranty submissions Ensure all claims are submitted with proper documentation prior to deadline Correct or adjust rejected claims Audit and close warranty repair orders Maintain knowledge of manufacturer and company procedures.
Assist in Parts or Service when needed Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Warranty experience preferred but not required Excellent communication skills Strong focus on providing excellent customer service Ability to work well in a process-driven environment Detail-oriented and organized Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Valid driver's license and clean driving record Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check Experience with automotive parts, scheduling and overall automotive vehicle knowledge is a required for this position.
You must also need to have good computer skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
