$800,000 - $150,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and clear quantity takeoff information to provide a detailed list of materials and assess the total construction costs Estimate time, labor, construction materials, and product costs to determine overall cost for construction projects Evaluate proposals, specifications, blueprints, and construction documents to understand the project as a whole Interface with the construction project manager to oversee and coordinate the bid process for vendors and subcontractors Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposal and budgets
Qualifications:
3 years of experience in the construction industry - project estimating or construction management is necessary Extensive experience in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and construction estimating software Stellar communication, project management, and time-management skills are crucial Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills Understanding of accounting, data and risk analysis, research methodology, and estimation metrics is vital About Company With more than 5000 residential roofs installed over 40 years, we have an unbeatable reputation for satisfying our customers.
