As the Registrar, the occupant is the point person for all issues and documentation related to the matriculation of the student from the point of entry when transfer credit is assigned, following through the period of enrollment, and graduation/program completion.
The Registrar manages and monitors ongoing student progress and performance and collaborates with academics in the development of curriculum and then ensures that Methodist College is following our own policies and standards The Registrar maintains the student and academic side of the student information system.

Finally, the Registrar is responsible for reporting enrollment for Title IV compliance and enforcing FERPA compliance at the institutional level.
As the Director of Institutional Research, the occupant supervises all institutional research activities which provide information to support institutional planning, policy formulation, and decision making, directs and manages data collection, data analysis, and research activities relative to institutional research, and directs the compilation of data and manages the submission of required state and federal reports regarding college activities.
Responsibilities:
Enrollment Management Ensure satisfactory and complete submission of midterm and final grades.
Implement registration processes to support successful student enrollment for future terms.
Track students not enrolled to help determine potential areas of attrition.
Facilitate the graduation process through processing and awarding of degrees Work with MC department heads to develop complete and timely semester academic schedules.
Colleague and Direct Report Collaboration, Training, Support & Supervision Supervising & training Registrar Office staff.
Providing training opportunities to the campus communities on relevant topics, including, but not limited to, FERPA, student information system registration processes, and other topics.
Provide comprehensive support lo all subordinate staff.
Committee and ad hoc meetings, including collaboration with UPH colleges.
New Student Support Transfer credit articulation.
management of Transferology.
Head readmission processes and learn for college admission review.
Collaborate with nursing readmission review team.
Policy Development, Implementation, and Review Formatting and updating the academic catalog.
Update policy materials and introducing new policies.
Strategic plan development collaboration and integration to Registrar's Office goals.
Develop academic calendar for future academic years to submit for Academic Council and Board approval.
Following submission of final grades process academic decisions and term honors awards based on outcomes of final grades.
Ensure Methodist College transcripts and other student records are maintained, accurate, and in compliance with policies.
Evaluate external transcripts for appropriateness for consideration and transfer Oversees all institutional research activities and internal/external data reporting Maintain the integrity and currency of the student information system.
Conduct regular enrollment reporting, enrollment verification, and other ad hoc releases of student data.
Provides information of a general nature about the college and its environment through the publication of a variety of documents.
Ensures that all state and federal reports are submitted in an accurate and timely fashion by establishing and maintaining a reports management system.
Provides data to appropriate administrative units regarding faculty activities by conducting extensive surveys of faculty, compiling data, and reporting the results.
Responds to ad hoc issues concerning the College by researching the issues and providing appropriate responses.
Ensures that internal and external requests for support in completing surveys/questionnaires are completed in a timely manner by managing a comprehensive system of critical dates relative to the surveys/questionnaires.
Facilitates a work environment that encourages knowledge of, respect for, and development of skills to engage with those of other cultures or backgrounds.
Remains competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training and/or courses required by the Chancellor.
Contributes to the overall success of the college by performing all other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum Education:
Master's Degree Higher Education Administration, or other related/appropriate discipline.
Preferred Education:
Doctorate in Education (EdD or PhD) Minimum
Experience:
Two years of:
leadership experience in an institutional research capacity in higher education experience in the design and implementation of assessment programs experience with institutional effectiveness planning experience in academic advising experience in policy review/implementation Three Years of:
experience auditing degrees experience working in Higher Education experience working with FERPA Desired

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
