Position's Contributions to Work Group:
Support efficient and compliant free trade certification for Client products.
Process anti-dumping and countervailing duty reviews to ensure efficient movement of goods.
Typical task breakdown:
Review supplier free trade documents for accuracy and compliance Create and issue daily customer free trade certifications.
Review Salesforce broker referrals and documents and provide responses to brokers from maintained data.
Interaction with team:
Good amount of interaction with the team.
Communicating with multiple team members through different routes.
Also communicating with suppliers.
Education / Experience High school diploma or GED required.
0-2 years related experience required.
Technical Skills (Required) Proficient in Microsoft Office (Must have experience with Excel) and familiar with Microsoft Access.
Soft Skills (Required) Strong communication skills Strong attention to detail.
Time management and problem solving.
Able to work independently and in a team environment as well.
