Solvera Health - Peoria is currently seeking a patient transportation professional to work in our Primary Care Clinic in Peoria.
At Solvera Health, we bring hospitality to healthcare while provide primary care to seniors, families and individuals.
Qualifications required:
Must have good standing license in the state of Illinois Must be legal to work in the United States Great customer and patient communication skills Outstanding Hospitality Healthy endurance and ability to lift at least 50lbs Highschool diploma or GED Must be at least 21 years of age Duties Include but not limited to:
Transport patients and/or packages to and from destinations Arrive at destinations on schedule Fulfill administrative needs, like office pickups Research and plan for traffic, construction and weather delays Use navigation applications to determine the best route Interact with patients professionally at all times Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use Communicate need for vehicle repairs Keep mileage records and repair records up to date Job Type:
