What does a Robot Operator do? Manage soil samples taken by the robot inside a climate-controlled vehicle Box and ship soil samples to labs Solve in-field issues and pull-in engineering support if needed Frequent overnight travel throughout Midwest (80% in vehicle, 20% in hotels) Average 5 work days per week, 12-15 hrs/day Shifts fall between Monday-Saturday.
No work on Sunday.
Recurring seasonal position:
September to December & March to May Compensation / Benefits Hourly Pay based on experience ($18/hr - $22/hr) No OT Paid 2x a month Bonus plan that rewards good operators ($5/hr - $15/hr) Minimum expectation is base pay.
