The Position:
We are looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to Maintain freight rate files, reconcile freight bills, investigate shipment information and track rail and barge deliveries, provide dispatching support as needed.

Responsibilities:
Maintain freight rate files, reconcile freight bills, investigate shipment information and track rail and barge deliveries, provide dispatching support as needed.
Provide freight estimates.
Analyze freight costs and recommend low cost modes of transportation.
Reads and interprets documents such as freight tariffs, loading procedures, and routing guides.
Resolves minor disputes regarding freight billing discrepancies and detention charges.
Support Sales National Accounts Manager as needed.
Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school.
Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
Will accept experience (2 years minimum) in lieu of degree.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word.
PAY RANGE:
$54,391 - $67,989 The Location:
