Job Description:
The main function of a business development consultant is to lead the development and implementation of services provided by the Customer Care organization in support of the clients' strategic initiatives.
Develop training materials, knowledge articles, and course content.
Identify training needs, provide guidance and expertise, and overall training strategy.
Must deploy a wide variety of training methods.
Deploy an effective Customer Experience foundation training internally as well as through all 3rd party supplier operations globally.
Resolve any specific problems and tailor training programs as necessary.
Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Work with internal departments and SMEs as required to build training materials.
Support hands-on and classroom training related to product support, technical troubleshooting and customer relationship management actives.
Responsibilities:
Provide leadership to senior business leaders on overall Customer Care strategy development and implementation of client requirements.
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services Develop a growth strategy focused on Customer Care that advocates company's key offerings and predicts clients' objectives.
Education & Experience Required:
4 year education or communication degree and/or 2
years combined experience working within a contact center environment, developing training curriculum for frontline agents or as a Training lead.
5
years exp with developing training materials.
Technical Skills (Required) Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint (Intermediate) , and Excel.
Superior written communication skills Able to develop/explain complex processes in a foundational manner.
Customer service background a plus.
Delivering training experience to a large group of people a plus.
(Desired) Knowledge of Salesforce Soft Skills (Required) Must possess superior human relation skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
