Complete the full pre-employment hiring process including pre-employment checks (MVR check, criminal background record check, and drug screens) as well as the full Onboarding process.

Administer and maintain the drug screening process while adhering to all PHMSA DOT and company drug screen compliance requirements Daily communication with employees and members of management Audit monthly invoices to ensure accuracy as well as assist with audit requests Ensuring that all employees driving a company vehicle for ELM have a valid driver's license and have a good driving record.
Confidentiality is a Must.
Candidates must be able to keep all sensitive information confidential and secure at all times.
Generating a variety of reports and will often work in Microsoft Excel Data entry and filing This individual must be able to cross-train in other areas of Human Resources and able Specific qualifications for the position include:
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check High School Diploma or GED required Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field is preferred.
