Ideally they are needing a full time dentist for 4 to 5 days per week.
No nights nor weekends required.
They have lots of established patients already established as well as their associate is retiring.
The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service.
They do not accept HMOs nor Medicaid.
The office is a up to date with digital x-rays, paperless charting and modern equipment.
They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk.
General restorative procedures is all that is required.
If a dentist can perform advanced procedures that is a plus but they are not required.
They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist who can work independently most of the time.
The owner can come help mentor once a week (if needed), but he practices at another office most days.
They are offering a very competitive daily minimum plus percentage of production, health insurance, 401K, and continuing education stipend.

Doctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with both placing and restoring implants.
