POSITION
Summary:
The Coordinator Supply Chain Mergers and Acquisitions serves as the contact for all mergers and acquisitions.
Has oversight over the Multi-Specialty Group.
Works with OSF leadership to assess a new entity's supply chain needs and executes a pathway to support those needs with OSF resources and our GPO contracted vendors.
Serves as a Supply Chain resource to vet existing contracts for assumption.
Is accountable for the conversion of all Supply Chain functions of new entity into OSF, by working with other department segments, IT, Engineering, and Accounting.
The Coordinator must be accustomed to a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple projects at once; highly organized; accustomed to working with hospital and non-acute teams; able to build strong business relationships; provide positive consistent customer support; knowledgeable about Supply Chain functions.
Field travel will be required:
5-10 day trips per month with occasional overnight stays for remote support.

Previous experience working with ERP system Healthcare supply, service, and laboratory knowledge Other requirements/information:
Proven skills in organization, team building, training, strong written and oral communication skills as well as interpersonal skills Demonstrated strong critical thinking and analytical skills, ability to problem solve, exercise good judgment, make sound decisions and process orientation skills Demonstrated strong ability in Microsoft Excel, Access, and Word.
