The position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Sales & Finance Departments, backing up the Sales Managers and F&I Manager on their scheduled days off.
Saturdays OFF! (with exception of Vacation backup) The ideal candidate will have a background in sales and some F&I knowledge or a strong willingness to learn.
Responsibilities:
Passionate about customer retention and CSI in Sales Follow Sales Process to support the Sales Team Manage Sales Team and work with each salesperson on specific goals and objectives that are set and established.
Create a positive sales culture for the team & create a team atmosphere focusing on employee retention.
Secure financing for potential deals Discuss with customers their specific finance needs Review credit applications Ensure accuracy of all documents before being sent to a financial institution Sales of Finance products i.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in automotive sales and finance (preferred) Ability to build rapport with clients Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to effectively communicate via phone or email with customers and colleagues Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with deadlines coming frequently while maintaining precision Job Type:
