Responsibilities Answer service calls and emails Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution through scheduling Create service tickets Schedule multiple technicians Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions Maintain customer accounts to provide them with the best service and turnaround time for their needs Assist with office duties Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities Skills Experience in providing customer service support Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Ability to think strategically and to lead Strong client-facing and communication skills Advanced troubleshooting and multi-tasking skills Ability to work as a team player Job Type:
