The Coordinator will assist the Operations Manager in overseeing all aspects of customer service which would include customer complaints and scheduling and coordinating repairs with the service technicians to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate repairs with technicians and homeowners.
Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure that customer satisfaction is consistently met, including technical information, problem solving, and customer resolution.
Take all incoming service calls and follow up on open services.
Return all voicemails and document costumer contacts.
Mentor service staff to improve their technical and customer service skills.
Safety Monitor performance, quality, and timeliness of service activities.
Order and inventory parts for services.
Quote parts and labor costs for non-warranty service.
Ensures appropriate tools and resources are available.
Participate in service team meetings.
Qualifications and Skills Qualifications High School diploma.
Customer service and related experience.
Experience in construction field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficient in Excel, and other MS Office Suite programs (such as Outlook, Word, etc.
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
