Job description
Responsibilities:
Managing a team of engineers to establish controls, training, work instructions (written and digital), SOPs, and documentation for all operations at multiple facilities.
Controlling/managing/maintaining AutoCAD facility layouts for all facilities Managing engineering support for all new facility start-ups and existing operations Managing and leading Value Stream Transformations and Kaizens at specific facilities Fostering continuous improvement across all facilities Planning, designing, and overseeing of projects throughout the enterprise.
Focus on people, through communication between ops and engineering, and working together to achieve technical goals.
Qualifications:
Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering Degree - Required MBA - Preferred Masters in engineering - Preferred Six Sigma Black Belt - Preferred Skills/
Experience:
