- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English; multilingual skills are a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or cashier role preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to upsell products and meet sales targets.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions.
- Knowledge of technology products or jewelry sales is advantageous.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
