Candidate should have a, positive attitude, professional image, ability to take direction, and multitask.
This position requires a self starter, someone who is capable of adapting to a changing environment and the willingness to help out anywhere in the office as needed.
The ideal candidate will be able to work self-sufficiently and stay on task without direct supervision.
Position is M-F only.
No nights, weekends or on call shifts required.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, Experience working with Scheduling System, Ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain organization in a high volume environment, Good time management skills, Maintain a calm demeanor and attention to detail during periods of high patient volume Responsibilities rotate daily and include but are not limited to:
Working in Medical Records with paper charts (this does require some physical work pulling, filing, maintaining paper charts) Checking patients in & out, Collecting payments and data entry into billing system, Answering phones, Answer questions and quick problem solving capabilities, Accurate registration into scheduling system, Scheduling appointments.
This position does require sitting, standing, bending, lifting.
It is not a full time desk position.
