What We Need:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in IT, particularly in C++, MYSQL, and Java.
This exciting opportunity involves working at the intersection of technology and manufacturing, where you will play a key role in optimizing processes, correcting data discrepancies, and implementing cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities:
IT Expertise:
Leverage your proficiency in C++, MYSQL, and Java to develop and maintain software solutions that enhance manufacturing processes.
Data Management:
Gather and analyze requirements to identify data discrepancies, and coordinate efforts to correct or fix incorrect/missing data within the manufacturing environment.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, IT, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless integration of IT solutions into manufacturing processes.
Floor Presence:
Demonstrate a willingness to step onto the manufacturing floor, collaborating with operators and technicians to understand their needs and challenges firsthand.
Continuous Improvement:
Proactively identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement innovative solutions using the latest technology and robotics.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and maintain quality standards for IT solutions deployed in the manufacturing environment.
Documentation:
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for IT systems and processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge transfer within the team.
What you Have:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in C++, MYSQL, and Java programming languages.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to gather and interpret requirements.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with a willingness to engage with operations on the shop floor.
Familiarity with the latest technologies and robotics in the manufacturing space.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
