Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain IT compliance policies and procedures in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and FedRAMP guidelines.
Actively engage and collaborate with internal and external auditors in SOC 2 (Type II) audits, ensuring that controls and processes meet the required criteria.
Lead efforts to achieve and maintain FedRAMP compliance for relevant systems and services.
Conduct risk assessments to identify, mitigate and remediate potential security threats and vulnerabilities.
Prepare and submit regular reports to management on compliance status and audit findings.
Proactively identify opportunities for improving IT processes and controls.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and changes in compliance requirements.
Monitor and maintain the health of IT systems, networks, and servers.
Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing hardware and software issues promptly and effectively.
Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices.
Respond to and resolve IT incidents in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within IT operations and support.
Stay informed about emerging technologies and best practices in IT operations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Experience with SOC 2 compliance and audit processes.
Knowledge of FedRAMP requirements and experience with the FedRAMP authorization process.
Strong understanding of security principles and best practices.
Proven experience in IT operations and technical support roles.
