UI/UX Designer
Job UI/UX Designer Des Moines, IA or Peoria, Il - Hybrid Available Pay Up to $35/hour As the UI/UX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to craft an intuitive user interface/user experience for touchscreen and desktop applications.
Additionally, you will play a crucial role in creating high-quality visual demonstrations and training products for our industry.

Analyze and review study findings with key team members.
Oversee system-level and display component activities to ensure seamless product integration.
Develop application requirements for implementation across the software platform.
Effectively communicate and present results to customers, suppliers, team members, and other business units.
Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with and support fellow engineers, managers, and marketing personnel to achieve project goals.
Education Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Design, Computer Science, Software or Electrical Engineering, related fields Or a previous professional experience Required Demonstrated proof of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in developing UI/UX requirements.
Experience in creating touchscreen UI/UX applications.
Knowledge of software testing and development processes.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
