Infectious Disease PA Opportunity in Illinois
Carle Health is seeking a Physician Assistant to join our growing Infectious Disease team in Peoria, Illinois.
Position Details Include:
- Join an established department with two Infectious Disease physicians and an additional Physician Assistant
- Mostly inpatient position with occasional outpatient responsibilities
- Job duties include performing detailed histories and physical exams, ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests and formulating assessments and plans with the attending physician on patients with various infectious diseases
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm position with no night call.
1 in 4 weekend call which is mostly handled remotely - Excellent benefit package:

Education Requirements:
- Master's degree in Physician Assistant
- 1 -3 years of Physician Assistant experience required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois physician assistant licensure
.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
