Nursing practice follows the mission of the Sisters of the Third Order of Saint Francis serving our community with the greatest care and love. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 1. The job incumbent is required to demonstrate the critical care knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients served. This requires that the incumbent demonstrates knowledge of the princi ples of growth and devel opment as well as the physical, emotional and psycho-social needs of the patient population served. 2. Work requires a professional level of knowledge of nursing practice and theory at a level that generally can be acquired by completion and graduation from an accredited School of Nursing . 3. Current State license as a Registered Nurse required. 4. Work requires a minimum of four months intra-operative orientation and on-the-job training to learn department/unit policies, procedures and work routines; to develop proficiency in use of medical equipment and instru ments used on assigned unit; to learn nursing care and quality assurance standards; and gain an understanding of the types of patients cared for intra-operatively, their needs, and effective nursing interventions. Further team specific orientation may require additional education and on-the-job training. 5. Work requires the interpersonal skills necessary to comfort patients, family members, and/or significant others; to communicate effectively and concisely with other care providers; and to instruct patients, family members, and/or significant others. 6. Work requires analytical ability necessary to assess patient's physical, psychological and social needs, develops individual ized care plans, and evaluate responses to medical and nursing interventions. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: 7. Provides professional nursing care by performing both complex and routine duties such as scrubbing and circulating for surgery. In doing so, utilizes nursing process to provide all levels of nursing care, pre, intra, and post-operatively. Services as a team leader on a rotating basis. 8. Functions as a clinical resource person to various department personnel and other patient care givers assigned to unit. Assists in identifying and resolving clinical and operational problems that may inhibit the quality or timeliness of patient care services.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
