Bachelor GENERAL SUMMARY: Facilitates and supports key processes and accountabilities within Human Resources, primarily in the area of Human Resources Information Management. Provides business expertise to implement and support HR software. The position reports to the Executive Director of HRIS. KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Minimum requirements for successful performance in this position would include basic knowledge of HR department operations, intermediate knowledge of excel, writing reports, and software application configuration. A bachelor's degree in HR, Business Management, IT or related field is required. Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Taleo or API is a plus. Must be able to handle highly sensitive data with the greatest degree of confidentiality.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
