Managing the daily duties of the Quality Control functions;
Establishing and providing a Quality System that quickly detects non-conformances, effective control and corrective actions;
Ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed the company standards, customer standards and ISO 9001 regulations;
Assisting with internal and external customer, suppler and 3rd party Registrar Audits;
Assisting with final inspection and CMM Programming as required;
Managing the Operator Assistance Program;
Contributing ideas, suggestions and appropriate actions.
EDUCATION: 4-year engineering degree required.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
10
years of experience in a Quality System in the manufacturing industry;
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, sheet metal pressing, welding, powder/liquid paint, assembly;
Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA), 5 Whys, Fishbone;
Audits, inspections, CMM Programming,
Leadership and decision-making skills;
Project Management.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
