Leading Project Management activities;
Coordinating with other factory leaders to implement major TPM processes and systems, including PM Pillar methodologies and maintenance strategy plans;
Monitoring the maintenance and improvement strategy, plans and objectives in accordance with TPM and company continuous improvement;
Driving a culture of continuous improvement, networking and sharing of information;
Monitoring KPIs and annual objectives and targets;
Participating in local audits and ensuring action plans are implemented;
Leading the factory to optimize the use of Predictive Maintenance technologies;
Receiving 8-10 direct reports and 5-6 contract engineers.
EDUCATION: 4-year Engineering degree required; Mechanical, Chemical, Process or Electrical Engineering preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
5
years of experience in a technical field, food or CPG industries preferred;
Has held a Maintenance leadership or Factory Engineer position;
Proven Capital Projects experience of $1M+;
Proficient knowledge of multiple TPM modules, PM Pillar Systems and Tools, and Asset Management Software such as SAP;
Strong technical and leadership skills;
Reliability Center Maintenance Practices, PM Optimization;
Predictive Maintenance Technologies;
Knowledge of food safety and hygienic engineering.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
