Project Superintendent
We need to hire a couple of site Superintendents for projects between $1 million and $3million in size. The Peoria location includes a $1.5 million dollar JP Chase Bank which is under permit and ready to start construction within 2 weeks.
The candidate needs to meet or exceed the following qualifications and skills:
- minimum 5 years of on site commercial experience.
- OSHA 10 hour training. No more than 2 years old.
- General knowledge of all building trades.
- General knowledge of critical path method scheduling.
- The ability to read construction drawings: architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing.
- Experience with local building departments and the scheduling of jobsite inspections.
- Ability to perform administrative duties via the computer.
- Experience with startup and closing projects and assembling owner operation and maintenance manuals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Knowledge of Prolog Project management software, Suretrack, Bluebeam pdf viewer are a plus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
