Production Supervisor, Flex Shift 47054
Guiding and training a team of line employees;
Ensuring that production, safety, quality and supply chain goals are metand plant rules are enforced;
Meeting sales requirements within quality and cost goals;
Managing employee relations, resolving employee disciplinary issues or concerns with the assistance of management or Human Resources;
Troubleshooting and resolving downtimes issues utilizing hourly employees and supporting departments;
Planning and implementing QA functions, including compliance to company, ISO22000 and PAS220 standards;
Overseeing the proper training of new hires and seasonal staff;
Preparing and submitting all required reports on a timely basis.
Education: 4-year degree required.
Required Skills:
5
years of food manufacturing experience;
2
years of supervisory/management experience, preferably in a unionized manufacturing environment;
Experience in food processing, packaging, QA, Supply Chain, and GMPs preferred;
TPM experience preferred;
Strong interpersonal, communication, motivational and creative problem solving skills;
Willing and able to work flex shifts.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
