JOB SUMMARY Pinkerton is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee the Peoria, Illinois office.
The Branch Manager will provide leadership and direction to ensure the delivery of quality services and profitability objectives.
The Manager initiates the acquisition and integration of new business and directs Client transitions.
Additionally, the Manager will be responsible for the coaching, training, and development of field managers and supervisors while also promoting Client and employee retention initiatives.

The Essential Functions Include:
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance and excellence.
Deliver high quality customer service through regular contact with Clients; evaluate service quality and initiate corrective action as necessary.
Analyze operational and financial indicators to continuously improve Branch performance; ensure profitable operations with full profit and loss accountability.
Meet regularly with Client representatives for status updates and addresses any actual or potential problems; negotiate client contracts, support client start-ups, carry out security planning, assessments, and surveys.
Reviews and updates post orders.
Recruit, select, orient, train, and develop high caliber staff in collaboration with area management.
Plan, direct work, and coach employees to enhance skills and manage overall performance expectations.
Develop and administer Branch budget in collaboration with area management.
Maintain a positive and professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Ensure all staff members understand and comply with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
Authorize appropriate expenditures including equipment, supplies, and vehicles.
Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and administer driver training.
Maintain adequate inventory of uniforms, radios, etc.
and submit payroll records and other required information.
Review scheduling to meet Client requirements while controlling labor costs; review site reports to confirm post orders and client directions have been followed.
Provide input to the company, region, and area initiatives; promptly assist in the resolution of legal, financial, human resources, and administrative issues.
All other duties, as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY Additional qualifications may be specified and receive preference, depending upon the nature of the position.
MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
Must be willing to participate in the Company's pre-employment screening process, including drug screen and background investigation.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a reliable means of communication (i.

Must have a reliable means of transportation (public or private).
Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
Must have the ability to speak, read, and write English.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE High School Diploma or G.
E.
D; with an Associate's degree and at least three years of security industry and/or business management experience.
COMPETENCIES Strong knowledge of security operations.
Business operations management and/or human resources administration experience.
Computer skills; Microsoft Office.
Ability to synthesize business/financial data and develop solutions.
Ability to solve complex problems and carry out responsibilities with little or no supervision.
Ability to organize workload for effective implementation.
Strong client and results orientation.

Frequent travel to Client sites for oral presentations, group meetings, and site surveys.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
