Program Assistant - Leadership Development & IC2it

Provides support to the OSF Physician Leadership Academy team in the development, roll-out and coordination of the program. Will be responsible for coordinating events, arranging meetings, recording minutes, and other duties in support of the academy activities. Assists in designing, implementing, and managing standard documentation templates and tools to support the academy. Ensures timely and accurate documentation regarding each participant's progress through the program and communicates information to participants as necessary. Will be responsible for submitting CME applications for Physician Leadership events. Leads IC it Recognition and Engagement initiatives across the Ministry. Supports Succession Planning work including, but not limited to the Transformational Leader Program, Key Talent Program, and Ministry Leadership Formation.
REQUIRED
Qualifications:
Customer service experience is required.
Strong interpersonal /communication skills.
Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy.
Exceptional reading, writing, and grammar skills is required to facilitate proofing and editing (punctuation, grammar, and spelling) of documents, correspondence, minutes, etc
Ability to learn new concepts with minimal training.
Ability to participate in the facilitation and documentation of project related meetings.
Ability to solve problems and escalate appropriately.
PREFERRED
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree related to Organizational Development, Learning or Human Resources is preferred.
Experience working in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint preferred.
